Welcome to Al-Hidaaya Academy. By providing your phone number and selecting the consent box during enrollment or via an official school registration form, you agree to the following terms and conditions for our school notification and SMS service.
1 What to Expect & Opt-In Method (SMS Program Description)
Our SMS program is strictly an informational tool for registered families. Parents opt into this service during school registration by checking a box to confirm they wish to receive text updates. When you opt in, you can expect to receive informational text messages regarding attendance notices, student performance updates/failures, emergency bad weather alerts, and notifications about days the school is off. Message frequency depends entirely on school events and your student’s attendance. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
2 Rules and Content Restrictions
All digital content, notification layouts, and text updates provided in our communications are for the personal informational use of Al-Hidaaya Academy parents and students. You agree not to copy, redistribute, or use our message contents for external commercial purposes.
3 How to Unsubscribe (Opt-Out) or Get Help
If you no longer wish to receive updates from us, opting out is simple, immediate, and can be done at any time:
- To Opt Out via Text: Reply with the word STOP to any text message you receive from us to be immediately and automatically unsubscribed. Once you press or type STOP, the messages will completely halt.
- To Opt Out via Phone Call: Call our main office directly and request removal; we will immediately delete your phone number from our messaging platform.
- To Get Help: Reply with the word HELP for more information, or contact our administrative team directly.
4 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms as our administrative tools or communication systems evolve. Any updates to these terms will be updated directly on our website documentation pages.
