- How Parents Opt In: Consent is strictly obtained when parents fill out the official academy enrollment or registration form. On this form, parents must manually select/check a designated box to consent to receive school-related SMS notifications.
- Data Collected: Parent information (Name and phone number) and Student information (Name associated with the parent profile).
2 How We Use Your Information (SMS & Notifications)
The names and phone numbers we collect are used strictly to contact parents and keep them informed about critical school matters. We use SMS notifications to text parents regarding:
- Attendance Issues: Immediate notices if a student is missing or late to class.
- Academic Updates: Notifications regarding academic performance, progress, or failures.
- Urgent & Weather Alerts: Immediate alerts in case of bad weather, unplanned school closures, or safety situations.
- School Calendar: Reminders about scheduled days off, holidays, or upcoming academy events.

1 Your Rights, Opt-Out, and Data Deletion
You have full control over your information.
- How Parents Opt Out: Parents can instantly opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text received. Once a parent texts STOP, the messages will completely halt.
- Data Deletion: If a parent calls or contacts us to request that we do not keep their phone number or data, we will immediately, permanently, and securely delete all of their information from our communication system.
